He has had a distinguished career with Jet Airways and Emirates Airline, holding key roles that enhanced operational efficiency and passenger experience.
Rajeev began his aviation journey in 1993 as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent with Jet Airways in Mangalore before advancing to pivotal roles at Mangalore Airport and Cochin International Airport. As a licensed Load Controller, he was responsible for preparing Load & Trim sheets for Boeing 737 and ATR 72-500 aircraft, ensuring optimal weight distribution and flight safety.
At Emirates Airline, he served at Cochin International Airport and Dubai International Airport (T3), the airline’s global hub. His expertise spans check-in, transfer desk, baggage services, ramp operations, and load control, making him well-versed in international airport operations, passenger facilitation, and stringent airline safety protocols.
Beyond operational roles, Rajeev played a crucial part in staff training and development, coaching new recruits and assisting in the creation of professional growth plans for frontline personnel.
